Mansour General Dynamics, Limited MANAGER ARMOR INSTITUTE, ROYAL SAUDI LAND FORCES ARMOR INSTITUTE, TABUK SAUDI ARABIA 1995 - 1997 -As Training Manager planned, coordinated and synchronized 62 man staff and faculty at the Royal Saudi Land Forces Armor Institute that developed, prepared and taught to both Saudi students and staff and faculty--12 or more classes occurring at any time. -Trained the Saudis to take over most of the classes--trained ourselves out of one job and into new ones--tactics, doctrine, master-gunner, etc. Supervised the operation, storage and maintenance of many sophisticated training devices. -Responsible for the integration of these sophisticated training aids and devices into the courses of instruction. -Also served as the principal advisor to the Commandant of the Armor Institute on all training issues.

Commander, 2d Brigade, 1st Infantry Division 1988-1990 Fort Riley, Kansas. -Supervised and managed all activities (CEO) of a fully modernized heavy combat brigade of 3500 men. Responsible to develop a disciplined trained and maintained team capable of deploying on short notice, developing combat power and fighting and winning. Maintained $1 billion of equipment and managed $5 million (excluding salaries) budget. Insured the well being of the soldiers and their families.
Political-Military Analyst 1985-88 Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, United States Department of State -Responsible for preparing and coordinating arms control analyses, proposals, projects, plans, and specific instructions to US strategic arms control negotiators for presidential decisions. Chaired interagency arms control strategy meetings leading to presidential decisions. Actively participated in negotiations with Soviets on arms control issues. Served as a senior advisor to a US senior negotiator in Geneva.
Commander, 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment, 1982-84. Federal Republic of Germany. -Supervised and managed all activities (CEO) of 1000 man combined arms force with over 280 vehicles. Maintained $300 million of equipment and managed $3.2 million (salaries excluded) budget. Conducted daily surveillance of 153 kilometers of the East-West German border. Planned and executed training to defend that border.

The Pentagon, Washington, D.C. -Primary Army Staff Officer responsible for developing and coordinating analyses, proposals, projects, and plans on European arms control negotiations and NATO policy and strategy. Prepared speeches for General Officers on global strategy issues. Member of the Reagan transition team.
Training Officer, First Infantry Division, 1977-79. Fort Riley, Kansas. -Supervised 12 men responsible for developing and coordinating training plans and resources for a 15,000 man division.
Plans and Operations Officer and then Executive Officer, 2d Battalion, 63d Armor, First Infantry Division, 1975-77. Fort Riley, Kansas. -Supervised 20 man staff responsible to develop operation and training plans and then supervised 40 man staff responsible for all aspects of the operations of 550 man tank battalion.
Assistant and then District Advisor, 1967-68. Huong Hoa District (Khe Sanh), Quang Tri Province, RVN. -Advised Vietnamese District Chief on all aspects of district security, economic and community development. Participated with USMC in the siege of the Khe Sanh Combat Base.
