Bruce B. G. Clarke is a Strategist, Leader, and Problem Solver.

Bruce Clarke's  mission is to:

  • Provide professional services to Defense and Aerospace companies desiring to penetrate or enhance their ability in the military Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence Systems (C4IS) market, the training market, and national security strategy..
  • Assist foreign governments by providing national security and military analysis and engineering architecture for multi-service/joint C4IS that harmonizes national security strategy, military needs, budget allocations and available technology. Assist the country's civil or military leadership in preparation of specifications and the successful procurement of the desired C4IS capability at a reasonable cost.
  • Conduct training of executives and future executives on leadership and the process of developing a strategic vision.
  • Develop training methodologies and technologies for individuals and organizations.
  • Advise government and private entities on items of strategic interest--arms control proposals, force transformation , and national security strategy.

Bruce B. G. Clarke  just finished two C4ISR projects for a major defense contractor.  He has submitted a manuscript "Expendable Warriors: The Untold Story of Khe Sanh" to several publishers and people in Hollywood.  He continues working with several Defense Contractors on C4ISR systems for a foreign country.  Bruce Clarke Consultants, Inc. was formed to facilitate this effort. He is a retired Army Colonel with extensive strategic, operational and tactical experience.  Additionally, as a former Foreign Area Officer and Army Strategist he has lived and studied European and Middle Eastern issues. Colonel Clarke has worked with small and large companies--Raytheon, ER Labs and QuVIS, for example.  He was the Training Manager at the Royal Saudi Land Forces Armor Institute in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia supervising the fielding of the M1A2 tank.  Before retiring from the US Army he was the Director of International Security Studies at the Army War College.  Before that he commanded the 2d Brigade, 1st Infantry Division.  Colonel Clarke also commanded the 2d Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment and A Troop (Airborne/Mechanized), 3d Squadron, 8th Cavalry.  He served as: a District Advisor in Viet Nam; a Battalion, Brigade and Division level staff officer; a Political-Military Analyst at the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency where he actively negotiated with the Soviets and a Staff Officer on the Army Staff.  He is a 1965 graduate of West Point and taught in the Department of Social Sciences there.  He has a Masters of Arts Degree from UCLA and is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College and The National War College.
He is on the board of directors of SYMA and CAP Productions--two organizations focused on making the historical record accurate.
